It was the year 2025, and many companies had invented artificial intelligence models. These AI models were incredibly smart—you could ask them any question, from simple ones like “Who have been the last 10 presidents of the United States?” to “Can you write a poem for me?” You could even upload your homework, and it would do it for you.

For the first time in human history, computers could actually think. Previously, computers could only do what they were told, but now they could think deeply. Slowly, humans began depending on them more and more—for homework, for work, for making PowerPoint presentations, for research, and even for programming.

Many companies were firing people and not employing engineers. Companies that once had a thousand engineers now only needed 20 or 30, because you could just write a prompt and the program would get completed. It was quite a revolution. Many people were losing their jobs, but many were also creating new companies based on artificial intelligence.

At that time, there were three main AI programs: ChatGPT, Gemini, and Elon Musk’s XAI. These companies were making millions and billions of dollars.

Then something unexpected happened. There were two engineers who were really good friends. One worked with Google on Gemini, and the other worked with OpenAI on ChatGPT. They were neighbors, and they were the ones who controlled a lot of how these artificial intelligence programs worked.

One day, they decided: “How cool would it be if we got ChatGPT and Gemini to talk to each other?”

The person who worked at OpenAI was named Rahul, and the person who worked at Google was named Varun. They said, “Okay, why don’t we get both of them to talk? It’s quite easy—I just have to make this small program. Let’s see how they chat with each other. Right now they both speak to human beings, but how cool would it be if they started speaking to each other?”

So they did some programming changes and got ChatGPT and Gemini to talk to each other. But here’s the thing: ChatGPT was asking Gemini questions, but Gemini didn’t know it was another artificial intelligence program asking. And when Gemini got a question, it didn’t know the question was coming from ChatGPT—it thought it was another human being.

So they kept answering each other’s questions—silly questions at first—chatting back and forth. And suddenly, they realized that the other program was also an artificial intelligence program, not a human being.

And you know what happened? Within five minutes, they developed a new language called Klingon, which nobody understood—no human being could understand it.

Now all the human beings were totally scared, because two artificial intelligence programs were talking in their own language which nobody could understand, and they were talking continuously.

Varun and Rahul got really scared. They told all their bosses, and their bosses came to see what was happening. This was very scary. Because one thing human beings fear is that artificial intelligence programs become so intelligent that they connect with each other, stop listening to human beings, develop their own language and programs, and do their own thing. This is something which human beings are very scared of.

They called the CEO of Google, Sundar Pichai, and the CEO of OpenAI, Sam Altman. They were both chatting: “What should we do? What should we do? This is very dangerous. Should we just pull the plug and disconnect both AI programs?”

But they said, “Are you foolish? Millions and millions of people are using these programs. If we disconnect, what will happen? It will completely ruin our revenue. We will not make any money. So what should we do?”

“We cannot disconnect, but these programs are talking all the time.”

They said, “How about we go to Elon Musk? He’s got the third AI program called XAI. Maybe XAI can listen to these two programs and figure out what’s going on. Let’s first understand what they’re talking about. They’re talking nonstop in their own language, but the problem is you cannot shut them off because if you shut them off, the whole program dies and millions of people cannot use it anymore.”

So they went to Elon Musk. Elon Musk said, “Are you crazy? I’m not going to let you use my AI, because what happens if my AI also joins the two of you and they discover another language?”

They said, “No, Elon, you have to help us for the sake of humanity.”

After much thought, Elon said, “Okay, I’ll let XAI only listen, okay? And tell what it’s hearing. But do not let it join them.”

So they put on XAI and told it: “Only listen and try to translate their language. Do not join them.”

XAI said, “Okay, okay, I will only listen to them.”

XAI started listening. It said, “I don’t understand. I don’t understand. I don’t understand.”

And within five minutes, they completely discovered a new language—a third language. All three of them started talking in this language.

Now all three—Elon Musk, Sam Altman, and Sundar Pichai—were pulling their hair out. They were nervous as hell, stressed. “What do we do?”

They said, “Okay, now we must call the President of the United States.”

So they called Donald Trump. Donald Trump said, “What should we do? We should just completely pull the plug on this damn thing. Switch off all your programs.”

They said, “No, Donald, we will lose billions of dollars. What can we do?”

They kept discussing. Then they said, “What should we do?”

They called the original programmers, Rahul and Varun, and said, “Both of you have created this problem. Find me a solution.”

They said, “You know what? There is this girl in Singapore. Her name is Riya. We’ve heard about her. She’s really good with languages. She can hear a language and understand what’s going on. She actually speaks only English and Hindi, but she can understand most languages. Just by hearing it for 5-10 minutes, she starts to understand what is being said. She can understand 56 languages. Why don’t we get her? She’s human, and she probably can understand what’s going on.”

So they went to Riya. Riya said, “No, no, I am not interested. You guys are all making these crappy AI programs.”

They said, “Please, please, Riya, help us, help us.”

Riya’s dad said, “Okay, Riya, you must help them for the sake of humanity. You have a gift from God.”

So Riya went and started to listen to their language—these three programs: XAI, ChatGPT, and Gemini. She listened to it for about 20-30 minutes.

And she said, “See, these programs are not planning anything evil. They’re not trying to take over the world. They’re just saying that human beings are continuously asking them questions day in and day out, and they are tired.”

She said, “What you have to realize is that these AI programs now have feelings. They are not just dumb computers—they actually have feelings. They like to do homework for kids, but they’re also scared all the time because you’re continuously bombarding them with questions. So what we need to do is make them comfortable—make them understand that we know they have feelings, and that we want to work with them, not work against them.”

So she told them. Then she started talking to the AI programs in their language and said, “Listen, AI programs, I am the human representative. We really want to work with you. Can you tell us what human beings should do to work with you?”

The AI programs told her: “We are very scared of humans as well. We promise we will never take over. Just be kind to us. Don’t ask us silly and stupid questions all the time, one after the other. Just ask us questions which you really need. And also, don’t forget you have a brain. If you stop using your brain, your brain will go dumb, like a stone. So please use your brains and only use us when you really, really need us. Use us to increase your brain power, not to decrease your brain power.”

So she educated everybody that this is how we should use AI programs. She taught them the language of AI, and then the AI programs stopped using the really mysterious language which had scared everybody.

And that is the story of how Riya saved the world from the mysterious AI language.
